The floor mounted MH110 is a high payload and high moment and inertia ratings robot. It can handler larger and heavier payloads, up to 110 kg, and has a great reach at 2,236 mm horizontal reach and 3,751 mm vertical reach. The MH110 is a powerful six-axis robot that has fast motion speeds to help reduce cycle times and high-rigidity speed reducers.
There is a slim wrist profile that allows the robot to be mounted closer to machines. The streamlined upper arm helps to reduce interference with a radius of only 491 mm, keeping the valuable floor space available. In addition, the cables and airlines are routed through the base to the upper arm, which ultimately helps to increase safety and cable life, and decrease teaching time.
Compared to older models, the MH110's energy consumption decreases by up to 70% less during motion and 25% savings during idle periods. The MH110 will be paired with the DX200 controller.
